OUR MISSION: Mariposa Foundation, Inc., is dedicated to making a positive impact in the local, state, national and global community by identifying and assisting individuals and organizations who embody and perpetuate the ideals of the foundation and the legacy of its board members: integrity, contribution, education, empowerment, and personal growth. We do this by fundraising and providing empowerment awards to deserving individuals and organizations. The Board Members of Mariposa Foundation, Inc., believe that every person has value and we are all connected. By empowering others, individually and collectively, we enhance our own future. Every person has the potential to move ahead in their life and create a positive impact on the world. By identifying those individuals and organizations that just need encouragement, empowerment and a little extra support to recognize and realize their own value, we provide the opportunity for life changing benchmarks. Thereby maximizing the possibility for others to make a positive impact on the world at large, thus enhancing the ripple effect of our efforts and contribution. TO MEET THESE CHALLENGES, MARIPOSA FOUNDATION, INC., WILL: Create New and Partner with Existing Fundraising Events and Deserving Organizations Promote and Facilitate Encouragement/Empowerment Awards to Individuals Manage Expenses, Overhead, and Global Footprint to Allow More Funds to Reach the Individuals and Organizations Awaken the Spirits of Everyone Involved by Providing Opportunities for Personal Growth for the Participants, Board, Volunteers, and Recipients We Communicate.
